What you'll achieveAs a Senior Technical Support Technician, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.

  • Solve complex problems for customers and be on top of ambitious expectations
  • Partner closely with customers while communicating proactively regarding overall progress of queries
  • Exhibit firstclass customer service
  • Drive operational excellence through quality closures and efficient management of issues

Here's what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 year' experience with Laptop Hardware. Windows 10, Office M365
  • Outstanding customer service background
  • Advanced English domain (Written, Spoken, Read)
  • Knowledge of ITSM, Sales Force, Service Now, or similar ticketing systemsDesirable Requirements
  • Computer science background or related careers
