Como acelerador del rendimiento de compras, proporcionará conocimientos y experiência para sugerir mejora de las soluciones y procesos actuales e implementar soluciones de clase mundial necesarias para impulsar la Estrategia Funcional en los diferentes equipos de la organización de Compras. También coordinarás la implementación y, cuando corresponda el diseño de soluciones en el mercado.

**Un día en la vida de**
- Proporcionar experiência, sugerir e implementar soluciones de clase mundial para impulsar la estrategia de el flujo funcional en alineación con la visión de Compras.
- Elaborar planes de trabajo y supervisar los plazos para garantizar la aplicación de las compras, soluciones y programas de habilitación.
- Establecer y conectar con Redes (grupos) de mercados Internos y/o externos para implementar soluciones, compartir mejor prácticas e impulsar la retroalimentación de mejora continua en la implementacion de soluciones.
- Recopilar datos e insumos relevantes y discutirlos con la Gcia de Compras para realizar los ajustes pertinentes a las soluciones y estrategias.
- Proporcionar asesoramiento experto sobre tendencias futuras y/o riesgos dentro de su área de especialización para garantizar que las estrategias y soluciones de excelencia en Compras estén preparadas de manera proactiva y que minimice los riesgos y la adopción temprana de nuevas soluciones.
- Coordinar las actividades y el desempeño de los Compradores Tácticos dentro de la región.

- Experiência en el trabajo en entornos virtuales y complejos (multiculturales, a través de

diferentes organizaciones y ubicaciones, etc.)
- Buena comprensión de los requisitos existentes y futuros con respecto a procesos, herramientas y tendencias en Compras.
- Comprensión financiera
- Mejores prácticas externas en Compras y / o su área de especialización
- Habilidades avanzadas de inglés (conversacional y escrita)
- Profesional en Ingeniero Industrial, Administrador y/o carreras afines
