Responsibilities: As a Campaign Performance Manager, you will play a key role for all our account managers. By combining your communication and analytical skills, you will be responsible for providing recommendations to improve the performance and enhance the growth of all our customer's campaigns.

**Your main responsibilities would be**: Deep analysis of Marketing Performance metrics. Work with data, using tools such as Excel and Tableau. Provide recommendations to our Customer Success team and to customers directly on how to surpass their ROI targets and better achieve their goals using the PX platform. Responsible for hitting our customer's KPIs.

Trend analysis, ROI over time. Develop, create, and maintain reports that can be built out in Tableau to assist in campaign management, as well as other areas of the company. Manage, optimize, and scale lead and call campaigns on the PX platform towards KPIs. Provide weekly campaign updates for managed clients to CSMs.

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Marketing Research, or any other related major. Experience in Data Analysis - within performance-based marketing is preferred. Strong analytical skills; familiarity with or knowledge of Tableau, SQL, Python, or R Studio is a big plus Detail-oriented and organized - you don’t need someone to follow up with to get an update, you got this??

Problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance. Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment.
