Main Purpose:
Responsible for evaluation of the new retail projects for Honduras and Puerto Rico.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to Network planners Supervisor for Honduras and Puerto Rico doing the analysis of new and potential Puma Service Station projects.

To present a new each case to Regional Retail Team, using BCG tool and to review all of them until they are approved.

To manage the pipeline of new projects, providing answers no later than three days for each project raised, and to report in a weekly basis the status of all projects.

Analyze and prepare the cases for Capex investment on New C-Store Projects and also Conversions (for Shell or Texaco).

This position will manage all the cases for services stations sales, which will have impact on Profit on Sales Assets (POSA).

Prepare budget for sales and margins, sales and margins forecasts for Commercial Director and Retail manager. Review and analyze retail market information.

Request CAPEX authorizations to the Regional Retail, Commercial Director and Retail Manager based on the objectives evaluations of each project and their financial results.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other related field.
- Post Graduate University degree in International Business, Commerce, or Marketing. Knowledge
- Experience in Pricing strategies, management leadership, strategic sales and marketing, and international sales.
- Minimum four years of sales experience ideally in a multinational company preferred.
- Minimum of four years in a leadership role.
- Languages: English, Spanish
