Executive Personal Assistant

**Job Description**:
Primary Responsibilities:
Handle the management of the management inbox and organizing information in a prioritized manner.

Report Writing:
Create detailed reports and presentations as needed, ensuring the quality and accuracy of information.

Scheduling and Organization:
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring the management schedule is always up-to-date and optimized.

Note-Taking:
Follow up during meetings and calls, taking accurate notes and ensuring proper documentation.

Document Handling:
Prepare, edit, and organize documents using Microsoft Excel and Word with intermediate to advanced skills.

Age between 18 and 25 years.

Proactivity and ability to work independently.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Fluent English, both spoken and written. **IMPORTANT**

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
