The Oil, Gas, and Marine Division is currently looking Territory Manager
- Prime/Parts/Service Rep for South America's Oil & Gas division. As a Territory Manager
- Oil & Gas, you are responsible for consulting with dealers to market Caterpillar products and services and assist in developing dealer sales capability. In this role, you will drive revenue and growth for O&G prime and aftermarket services business for Caterpillar dealers in South America. You'll communicate targets and follow established sales processes focused on the end customer.

You will also provide leadership, guidance, and counsel to optimize dealer sales through process improvements, leveraging opportunity management systems and processes to Caterpillar's benefit while recognizing and respecting the independence of the dealer. You will build strong product knowledge and product support skills in your product support function. You will engage with the team in aspects such as Warranty Investigations, Service documentation, Continuous Product Improvement (CPI), New Product Introductions (NPI), and Product Field Follow Testing and Validation. Ongoing learning and knowledge development is a crucial component of this role, and specialized training is provided to the successful applicant.
