- Prime/Parts/Service Rep for South America's Oil & Gas division.

As a Territory Manager
- Oil & Gas, you are responsible for consulting with dealers to market Caterpillar products and services and assist in developing dealer sales capability. In this role, you will drive revenue and growth for O&G prime and aftermarket services business for Caterpillar dealers in South America. You'll communicate targets and follow established sales processes focused on the end customer. You will also provide leadership, guidance, and counsel to optimize dealer sales through process improvements, leveraging opportunity management systems and processes to Caterpillar's benefit while recognizing and respecting the independence of the dealer.
