We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our SDR Division. Our CSM’s are pivotal to our customer first culture. You will be the voice of our customer and will build deep and long-lasting relationships with our customers, helping them to solve their most complex problems.

- You are commercially astute and business savvy.
- You love to build deep trust-based relationships with customers.
- You can identify opportunities and create a win-win for customers and ELEVATE.
- You have a high degree of empathy, able to identify customer pain points quickly, even before they feel them.

Key Responsibilities...
- Establish clear goals and milestones that you and the customer will be working towards.
- Help customers receive value quickly by managing product implementation and onboarding.
- Drive additional value by encouraging deeper feature adoption.
- Contribute to revenue generation through renewals, upsells and expansions.
- Synthesise customer feedback and work with internal teams to respond to customer needs.
- Create "raving fans" and advocates among your customer base.
