**GC Realty & Development, LLC **has an incredible work-from-home opportunity available for a person with the right qualifications and a strong work ethic. As a **remote (anywhere within Panama) customer service representative **with our property management company, you can care for your family, support your community, and still have a fulfilling career**.** **This is a full-time position not to be combined with other employment.**
**We offer**:
- Generous compensation: $5 to $7 USD an hour.
- A regular schedule**:Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.5 p.m (CT) **with **weekends off**:
- Training for the position
- Ten days of PTO every year
- A birthday bonus and paid time off for U.S. paid holidays
- Open and honest communication
- Many opportunities to learn independently
**To qualify you must**:
- Be able to fluently read, write, and speak English (**C1 or C2 English Level**)
- Have previous customer service experience
- Own modern equipment: computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), webcam, and microphone
- Be able to access to a stable high-speed internet connection
- Have a comfortable, quiet working space
- Have full-time availability**:Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.5 p.m. (CT)**
**A remote customer service representative will**:
- Research and validate information in our database
- Provide general information about the company and services to inquiries
- Maintain high standards of quality consistent with our values
- Continually grow and master new skills
