**Role: Accounts Payable Manager**

**Limitlessli **is a staffing company that recruits, hires, and manages long-term remote staff for growing businesses in the USA.
- **Type of Work**:Full-time, Night Shift
- **Work Schedule**:5 days a week (US time - Eastern Standard Time)

**Working with Limitlessli**:

**Roles / Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership, delegate responsibilities, and motivate staff for quality customer service
- Oversee the accounts payable department and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices
- Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor performance metrics
- Reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy
- Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable
- Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:
**Academic**:

- Tertiary qualifications in accounting or related discipline

**Experience**:

- Sage Intacct experience - preferable
- Demonstrated experience and skills in leading and managing a small AP team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues and create solutions
- Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills in Excel.

**Salary**:Industry standard applicable to state depending on work of experience and level of expertise.

**Start date: Can start ASAP**

**Tools needed**: You MUST have your own laptop/desktop computer, a noise cancellation headset, a second monitor, stable internet, and a backup internet connection.

Pay: B/.981.16 - B/.1,070.36 per month
