Minimum Qualifications EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of professional experience in a Sales Commissions or adjacent Revenue Operations Role 2-3 years of compensation design experience with the ability to create scalable, repeatable process 2-3 years of Salesforce experience and deep knowledge and understanding of Salesforce data architecture Knowledge of and familiarity with common Sales Incentive tools Fluent in Excel including production of pivot tables and data manipulation techniques SKILLS AND TRAITS Natural self-starter with ability to take initiative, seek information, work independently, and deliver consistently accurate work Fantastic communicator and partner to stakeholders across the business Innate problem solver who can actively listen, consider outcomes and find win-win solutions for difficult topics and situations Thrives in a fast past environment and manages through ambiguity with thoughtful consideration and communication
