Ensures vendor add/change forms and backup documentation are complete and accurate for each request.
Ensures all vendor maintenance requests/backup documentation are batched and scanned into the imaging system for SOX compliance and audit requirements.
Performs the bank information and address changes to vendors using the appropriate controls.
Ensure that duplicate vendors are not created.
Ensures consistency in naming conventions when creating/updating vendors per USPS standard guidelines.
Responsible for problem resolution on vendor maintenance requests.
Provides support for all internal and external vendor maintenance inquiries
Provides vendor setup training assistance to internal/external business partners.
Compile's vendor maintenance metrics.
Performs data cleansing activities/projects (i.e., 1099, consistency of vendor names/account numbers, etc.).
Documents and updates the Vendor maintenance process guidelines according to business needs.
Ensure expense reports are following company policy, guidelines and IRS regulations.
Usage of SAP business object, and administration console to track and pull invoices.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

**Requisitos**:
Good attendance and work ethics
SAP experience preferred
Effective interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to plan and deliver results

**MS Office**: Experienced in the use of Excel

**MS Office**: Knowledge of Access is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Detailed Oriented
Demonstrated ability to work in complex situations with professionalism and decorum
Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal and external business partners and management levels
English and Spanish proficiency, both written and verbal, required
French proficiency a plus
