This role is critical for keeping our sales pipeline thriving, focusing purely on lead generation, qualification, and supporting our Account Executives.
**Your Role**
As our Business Development Coordinator, you'll be the engine that powers our sales team by generating and qualifying leads within our core industries. You'll work closely with the Account Executives, equipping them with a steady flow of vetted potential clients, enabling them to focus on closing deals and fostering relationships. Your expert navigation of market research, data analysis, and lead generation tools will position Solucru as a leader within our industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies tailored to Solucru's target industries and markets.
- Utilize a combination of marketing insights, industry-specific knowledge, and lead generation tools to identify and engage potential leads.
- Qualify leads through a structured process, assessing their potential as future Solucru clients based on specific criteria.
- Support Account Executives by providing detailed lead information, ensuring they have all necessary data to effectively engage and convert leads into clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation campaigns and tactics based on market trends and sales feedback.
- Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring all lead data is accurate and actionable for the sales team.
- Participate in industry networking events and forums to build Solucru's brand presence and generate leads.
- Provide insightful feedback from lead interactions to help fine-tune sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, suggesting improvements based on data analysis.
**We're Looking For Someone Who**
- Is skilled in lead generation and market research, with a strong understanding of our target industry sectors.
- Has experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- Boasts excellent communication skills, able to engage prospects effectively and convey the value of Solucru's offerings.
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a team, supporting Account Executives and collaborating with the marketing department.
- Shows initiative, able to identify new opportunities for lead generation within specified industries.
