Financial Operations Assistant

**Job Summary**
The Financial Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of The International School Of Panama. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, as well as providing support to the finance team in various aspects of financial management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reconcile daily bank transactions and ensure accurate financial postings
- Analyze General Ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Lead the Cafeteria Record to Report process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Support fixed asset management, including depreciation and asset inventory
- Participate in the yearly asset inventory and execute monthly cafeteria inventory counting and posting
