Cloud Security Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Engineer to join our team in LATAM. As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the security of our cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures for cloud services.
  • Establish best practices against regulatory frameworks like ISO 27001 and PCI.
  • Plan and coordinate regional security operations.
  • Conduct internal IT security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Manage executive-level and customer-facing communications regarding cloud services and solutions.
  • Maintain working relationships with business lines and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in security protocols and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, etc.
  • Desired certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, BSI, or CISA.
  • Deep understanding of vulnerability management, risk management, and IT auditing.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
