**Objetivo**: Es el encargado de liderar los procesos de experiência de cliente en cuanto a los servicios prestados por el empresa**Funciones Área de Responsabilidades**: - Supervisar, asegurar y Alinear los Procesos (SOPs), Controles de la operación del servicio al cliente. Identificar y proponer mejoras en cuanto a procesos y procedimientos de cara al servicio al cliente. Coordinar y dar solución a los requerimientos de clientes en cuanto a quejas, reclamos, devoluciones. Monitorear el cumplimiento de las funciones de las áreas de postventa. Realizar reportes con los indicadores de servicio al cliente, Cierre de Facturaciones Mensual, Evaluación de data (Operación). Permitir que el equipo se centre en el cliente, brinde una experiência satisfactoria, y al hacerlo, tomen responsabilidades y eliminen obstáculos. Medir e informar a otras partes interesadas sobre los esfuerzos y los éxitos del departamento. Continuar iterando formas de mejorar el rendimiento, eficiencia y eficacia en función de las métricas y los comentarios de los clientes. Gestionar los reportes de los seguros mensualmente. Establecer metas para el equipo y verificar el progreso, compartir con las direcciones correspondientes, Medición Optimización de tareas/Productividad en el departamento. Supervisar que la documentación requerida para la gestión de trámites aduanales sea entregada al equipo de forwarding. Dar seguimiento de los documentos de Importación, Exportación, Estados de Cuentas (Agentes de carga, corredores de aduanas y transportistas locales). Realizar cualquier otra función que su jefe le designe.**Formación Y /O Experiência Requerida**:Formación Académica**: - Estudios Universitarios culminados en áreas Administración de empresa Marítima y portuaria o transporte multimodal o carreras afines o experiência en el área de logística de uno a dos años. Experiência en manejando Equipos de Servicio al Cliente y Logística. Manejo del idioma InglésBeneficios
