**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls using the CEO's calendar.
- Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries and recommendations to the CEO.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on action items and deadlines.
- Prepare board decks and other presentation materials for the CEO.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or similar role in the U.S.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
- Proficiency in Calendar Management
- Ability to conduct research and summarize findings effectively.
- Experience preparing board decks and other presentation materials.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA is a plus

**Salary**: Up to B/.2,000.00 per month
