Were looking for an experienced Content Marketing Lead to join our growing team. The Content Marketing Lead reports directly to VP Sales having an immediate impact on the business.Interested? Have a look at the list of responsibilities and requirements to see if you can picture yourself with us.This is a full time, permanent position on a remote basis (anyone from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Panama may apply).ResponsibilitiesAs a Content Marketing Lead, you will be an essential member of the organization's client services team; the tasks include but are not limited to: Driving audience acquisition by editing, creating and leveraging the clients existing content assets.

The work will be coordinated across sales and customer success teams to ensure relevant messaging, campaign alignment and proper measurement occurs.Establishing, utilizing, monitoring and reporting on SEO best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), crafting best-in-class strategies and tactical implementation of technical SEO requirements (i.e., schema, Core Web Vitals, etc.) across our content as well as collaborating with partner sites.Strategize and leverage SEO-backed content strategies that align and support client acquisition targets.Optimize the clients existing content portfolio for multi-channel distribution including: outbound email, the clients website and social media.Monitor, analyze and report on overall content performance and engagement analytics including, but not limited to: traffic, rank, CTR, time on page, hard bounce and other key performance metrics.Provide a quarterly progress report and competitive analysis.Work closely with Demand Generation team regarding message & content alignment.Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly SEO health metrics and performance reporting to upper management.Stay informed on industry practices, trends and recommend key growth strategies and tactics.Requirements: Required English Level: Advanced (native, fluent, proficient, mother tongue).Professional interpersonal and communication skills are required for ensuring a positive image with clients and potential clients, co-workers, contractors, facilitators, vendors, visitors, etc.Requires 2+ years of experience in software development and testing of web applications, platforms, and libraries in a virtual, fast-paced environment. Experience with a growth-stage development team and/or a learning and development company is a plus.Experience in a hypergrowth, data-driven content marketing environment.
