Project Program Management Senior Advisor

What you’ll achieve
As a Product Owner, you will serve as an advocate for audience interests within an assigned domain, maintain customer communication, audience personas and solution validation with the stakeholder(s). Be responsible for assessing project-based scope, project prioritization, defining solution structure, and ensuring team alignment to solution and validation of learning solution, will provide the most value to the learners.

You will:
Collaborate with the SCRUM team to formulate education solution and set solution prioritization
- Conduct business analysis to focus the team on the level of effort (tiering) of solution modality and treatment
- Leveraging existing content (curated, built or brokered) and defining performance objectives of any new content

Build and maintain learner persona's (including technical skills) for the domain
- Interact with customer on needs analysis
- Performs solution validation with stakeholders

Advocate for customer needs as part of attending scrum ceremonies
- Address questions, creation and refinement of user stories in the backlog
- Perform iterative reviews during sprints, approves completed work towards sprint goals and customer expectations

Essential Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with a master’s degree, or 3+ years with a PhD or equivalent
- Excellent Communication skills, strong business acumen, strategic thinking & time management skills. Ability to triage and prioritize competing demands and determine alternate solutions.
- Ability to use analytical thinking and data synthesis to make improvements. Ability to work individually or with a team. Ability to articulate domain and audience personas. Consultative engagement with ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders. Technical acumen in Domains.
- Should possess & maintain Industry expertise in areas of Learning and Development theory and best practice, Learning Trends, Technology Industry Trends and Scrum Product Owner Best Practices

Desirable Requirements
Prior experience working as a Product Owner in an agile set up

Certified Scrum Product Owner certification or equivalent
