We’re looking for a LATAM Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven recruiting experience in different Latin America countries (Mexico, Panama, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Brazil) to join our talented team.
This position in based in our regional Latin America Headquarters in Panama and requiring to relocate to Panama City. Hilti will help you with all the working VISA documents. This is an amazing opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills in a multicultural working environment This position reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition Latin America.

- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for filling positions in the Latin America Region. You´ll be the first contact for one of the most important people for us - our future employees Besides supporting all the activities of recruitment (such as competence interviews, screening, and so on) you´ll be involved in regional projects. This position has a high impact in our organization, since we are supporting the business in their growth.- Be the focal point for Employer Branding, University Relations, EVP, Hilti Global Trainee Program and other regional projects and trainings;
- You will work professionally with the local HR colleagues and Hiring Managers in the countries of your responsibility;
- Your responsibility will also be to manage the KPIs and to ensure time and quality levels during the whole recruiting process.

- A bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration or any HR correlated areas);
- 3+ years of previous experience in recruiting for diverse positions in any of the following fields: mining, construction, engineering, O&G, power;
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English & Spanish;
- Passion to learn and drive to succeed;
- A proactive approach and self-reliant personality.
