Your role at Tumi: Associate, Retail Operations The Associate, Retail Operations will support TUMI retail stores and Retail Operations department by managing the full lifecycle of new store openings and store remodel/relocations in North America from start to finish, including all pre-planning, travel and logistics as well as lead the actual onsite execution of the store opening process.

They will identify, train and coordinate the team of New Store Opening Experts (NSOE) and refine the NSOE Program as needed. Role will also support store use of retail systems and compliance, retail store policy and procedure, act as an expert resource and manage special projects as needed. Additionally, will monitor retail operations training processes, maintain training document libraries and mentor the Training Store Manager Program. The Associate, Retail Operations will also be responsible for completion of additional delegated operations projects as time permits.

The position will seek to identify and improve day to day and seasonal store tasks/operational efficiencies through routine and contingent projects. This role will report to the Manager, Field Support. Manage NSO and Remodel/Relocation store opening processes Lead onsite execution of new store opening, remodel and relocations Manage all NSOE and Implementation of NSOE Program Retail Systems Support and Compliance, Functional Expert Resource for field/stores (APTOS, POS, EOM and WEB-IM, UKG, CRM, Service Channel) Retail Document Library Maintenance; Policy and Procedure, Training, Support Tools Mentor Training Store Manager Program Contingent projects We're excited if you have: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience - 3+ years of retail management in a luxury brand, 1+ years as a New Store Opening Expert or other NSO role at TUMI, hardware installments and systems testing, use of TUMI Systems including but not limited to WFM, APTOS, SAP, Service Channel and UPS. - Must have exceptional financial and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written), solutions-oriented approach to problem solving and attention to detail. - Able to work independently against multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. - Must possess strong relationship, resourcefulness, problem solving and team building skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include occasional nights, weekends, or holidays. Ability to travel as needed (up to 50%) including overnight and international. - Valid Drivers License and Passport.
