Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential dealsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influencersConduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategyDevelop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clientsNegotiate and close deals with new and existing clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new business initiativesStay current on industry trends and best practices in business developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related fieldStrong negotiation and closing skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think creatively and strategically to identify new business opportunitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) a plus
