Philip Morris is looking for a Commercial Services Coordinator to work for Panama’s market. Your ‘day to day’ -Analyze, recommend, and assist the Commercial Team in developing Area strategies by taking into consideration in-depth markets analysis, consumer profile & dynamic, distribution structure, competitive activities, HMS performance, challenge & opportunities to maximize market volume and profit growth.Plan, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of commercial within given cycle to maximize sales volume and market share growth in accordance with Area strategies, policy and procedures, local laws/regulations, and society expectation.Propose and develop area initiatives targeting specific market (geographical) consumer opportunities to gain market share and sales volume from competitors.Analyze, monitor and tracking Area budget utilization in accordance with sales planning and forecasting in order to maximize business result.Coordinate with related parties (other Supervisor, Region/Zone, HQ, and third parties) for local or national programs implementation to ensure excellent execution and in accordance with company regulation and standard procedures.Monitor the competitors’ activities in the market and immediately inform the supervisor accordingly.

**Who we’re looking for**: -2-3 years in field sales/marketing/Analysis -Bachelor’s Degree in Administration emphasis in Commercial, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related areas-Advanced Excel - Power BI (Plus) -Ability to manage different types of data.Work with multiple systems and create reporting for both multi-categories. -Strong verbal and written communications skills and presentation skills effective across a broad range audiences. -Will need to provide initial analysis, identify trends / dynamics, and will need to work with sensitive information such as annual objectives / variable pay templates (performance) etc. -The person should be data and analytically strong with a sense of responsibility and urgency.
- Will work closely together with the sales team and it’s supervisors (back office position). -Will join team meetings (some might be early as they are with the sales team).Will need to share and present the reports, analysis, and insights -Fluent in English.
