El objetivo final es aumentar la retención de clientes, mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y aumentar los ingresos generados por los clientes existentes.Funciones principales: Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de Customer Value Management para generar upsell, cross-sell y win back, con enfoque en modelos NBA (Next Best Action) y NBO (Next Best OfferDiseñar modelos de LRFMV (Life Time Value, Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value) para segmentar y personalizar la oferta a los diferentes grupos de clientesAnalizar los datos de comportamiento de los clientes y hacer recomendaciones sobre cómo mejorar la eficacia de las estrategias de marketing y ventasLiderar en colaboración con los equipos de marketing, ventas y análisis de datos para crear programas personalizados de fidelización y retención de clientes.Implementar y mantener sistemas de seguimiento y medición del éxito de las estrategias de Customer Value Management, y proporcionar informes y análisis regulares al equipo de liderazgo.Interrelaciones claves: Áreas comerciales, Sistemas, BI, Sales operations, Value Proposition, DWH, experiência de clientes, finanzas, marketing y equipo regional.Habilidades: Conocimiento en el uso de herramientas de análisis de datos y visualización, como SQL, Python y Tableau.Habilidad para analizar grandes cantidades de datos y utilizar los hallazgos para informar la toma de decisiones.Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Licenciatura o maestría en Marketing, Estadística, Economía, Ingeniería Informática o una carrera afín.Experiência: Experiência comprobable de mínimo 5 años en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de Customer Value Management, con enfoque en modelos NBA y NBO.Experiência liderando y ejecutando automatizaciones.Conocimiento avanzado en el diseño y aplicación de modelos de LRFMV.Experiência comprobable en Python y SQL.
