Your Role To Support and provide Value to our Key Account Customers along the customer engagement cycle through Supply ChainConsultancy, Tender Support and Value Propositions.

Handover Business gained to Implementation professionally and effectively, lead Customer Business Reviews and Continuous Improvement and Sustainability initiatives to retain and grow Kuehne + Nagel's share of wallet and ensure the best possible Customer Experience Your Responsibilities Supports Key Account Manager in dealing with Business Value Proposition related to customer requests, including RFI and RFQ'sConducts customer research, prepares sales material for Business Review presentations and supports development of up-selling potential BusinessProvide input to Account Plan as required (IC and KAM's are ultimately responsible for the creation of the Account PlanSupport RFQ strategy & value proposition creation, coordinate RFQ process in close collaboration with Key Account ManagerAnalysis of RFQ requirements, assist in the Strategy Definition and Value Proposition (IC and KAM's are ultimatelyResponsible for the overall Strategy DefinitionSynchronize customer requirements with pricing teams to assure full tender complianceSupport with Handover Business to BU implementation Lead (RIM, NIM, CCL, others) on behalf of KAM (e.g. commercial handover, customer contact list, definition of scope), area of responsibility can vary depending on customer requirements and KN internal team setupLead and coordinate Monthly Business Reviews (e.g. MBRs): Coordinate the agenda topics & process, ensure level of quality, lead agreed actions. Prepare the presentation material and coordinate with Subject-Matter Experts when appropriate and necessary, with a forward-looking approach to building new and continuous opportunities.
