**Descripción del empleo** Descripción general del área**:
El área de Investigación y Desarrollo ayudamos a nuestros clientes por medio de la generación de información estadística de valor para el análisis de su cartera o del mercado. También brindamos apoyo a los usuarios internos y a terceros relacionados al buró. Es responsable de acompañar en la gestión de comercialización de los servicios, brindar soporte y completar los registros documentales de los servicios.
**Propósito del cargo**:
Responsable de la generación y soporte a los servicios Analytics que son requeridos para el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ingresos en todos los segmentos de clientes. Levantamiento documental de los servicios y la actualización de estos.
**Entregables**:
- Gestionar lo requerido para lograr disponibilizar y hacer que los servicios sean rentables para la administración de riesgo de crédito. Servicios como:
- Entregar en tiempo a los clientes los Informes de Mercado de Originación y Mantenimiento.
- Coordinar el calendario anual de entrega de los informes.
- Entrega mensual del reporte de los tiempos de atención de los casos de I&D
- Gestionar las consultas de consumidor sobre las variaciones en su score.
- Informe anual de las capacitaciones de Score.
**Responsabilidades del cargo**:
- Confeccionar los Informes de Mercado de originación y seguimiento para las entidades asociadas al buró.
- Liderar las mejoras a productos existentes.
- Apoyo al área comercial en la descripción de la naturaleza y composición de los portafolios de crédito, así como con el soporte de los scores y justificación de las metodologías estadísticas empleadas.
- Participar de la generación de informes en Ascend.
- Gestionar de forma integral toda la parte documental y de funcionalidad de los productos/servicios que tiene a cargo.
- Certificación de los requerimientos.
- Desarrollo de pruebas técnicas de los servicios y presentación de los resultados.
- Acompañamiento en las visitas comerciales.
- Mantener actualizadas las matrices de riesgo de los servicios que tiene a cargo.
**Requisitos** ¿Qué estamos buscando?**
Estamos buscando una persona que tenga al menos 1 año de experiência en puestos de técnico-analíticas o en puestos de Gestión de Riesgos, Business Intelligence, Data Mining o similar.
Capacidad para comprender y transmitir soluciones y situaciones técnicas complejas en términos que las personas sin conocimientos técnicos pueden entender.
**Educación**:
Licenciatura completa o estudiante en Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
**Conocimientos técnicos requeridos**:
- MS Office Suite.
- Experiência probada en herramientas o paquetes de minería de datos estadísticas (R, Modeller, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
- Gestión de conceptos de Data Mining y Big Data.
- Es un plus poseer conocimiento de métodos de integración tecnológica y bases de datos.
- Es un plus tener experiência en elaboración o colaboración en armado.
- Propuestas comerciales.
**Idiomas**:
Inglés: básico o intermedio.
