**About Hireeex**
As a Cofounder/Sales Director, you will manage client relationships at the highest standard to contribute to our client's success throughout their journey with Hireeex. You will take ownership of your accounts through gathering requirements, showcasing excellent client-interfacing skills, acting proactively with customers to address their needs, and facilitating the end-to-end sales cycle for all assigned projects. Lastly, you will act as a Business Partners within your team and develop a strategic outlook for attracting new clients and ensuring the success of existing customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Client Relationships**
- Handle direct sales and customer relations
- Identify the needs of a client (what specialists are in demand)
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients
- Manage the day-to-day sales and account responsibilities
- Understand client needs as it relates to their business strategy and personnel needs
- Onboard, manage, and upsell complex client relationships post-sale
- Develop a strategy for long-term success across your portfolio of clients & prospects
- Identify opportunities for expansion of Hireeex services within the existing client base within the region
- Creation and management of Sales department
- KPI: 3-5 meetings per week, 30 actions (new and existing clients) per day
- Sales volumes are discussed and set individually
**Account Management**
- Align technical resources for potential and current client engagements
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives to ensure a smooth sales to delivery transition
- Take part in management reviews of the performance metrics of the account relationship and business initiatives
- Oversee all aspects of the direct sales organization to drive sales performance and provide day to day leadership and management to achieve sales goals
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of Sales experience (SaaS, IT services, recruitment services - SMB)
- Experience in sales on Panama market: IT, telecom, banks, medicine (advantage)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales, or related area
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions

**Benefits**
- Offering up to 10% equity dependent upon experience
- Based on first quarter results, a faxed salary can be set (optional)
**Salary**: B/.300,000.00 - B/.500,000.00 per year
