**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Basic computer (Hardware & Applications) troubleshooting
- Good communication skills (English/Spanish)
- Strong work performance and ability to be a team player
- Capable of growth and taking on additional responsibility as needed
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to adhere to supervisor coaching and direction
- Ability to work extra hours as necessary to accomplish goals
- Strong work ethic
**Experience Requirements**:
- Stable broadband, dual connections preferred
- Relevant experience supporting Spanish Clients
- Relevant experience in basic to intermediate troubleshooting and problem solving for computer issues.
- IT Certifications a plus
