**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a HR/Sales Secretary. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both the HR and sales departments by providing administrative and secretarial support. You will be the first point of contact for HR and sales inquiries and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the HR and sales departments, including managing schedules, preparing correspondence, and maintaining files.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, sales data, and other relevant information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrative or executive secretary, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

**Sobre el Puesto**:
Estamos buscando a una persona altamente motivada y organizada para unirse a nuestro equipo como Secretaria de Recursos Humanos/Ventas. En este papel, será responsable de brindar apoyo administrativo y secretarial tanto a los departamentos de Recursos Humanos como de Ventas. Será el primer punto de contacto para consultas de Recursos Humanos y Ventas y desempeñará un papel crucial en garantizar una operación suave y eficiente dentro de los departamentos.

**Responsabilidades**:
Brindar apoyo administrativo a los departamentos de Recursos Humanos y Ventas, incluyendo la gestión de horarios, la preparación de correspondencia y el mantenimiento de archivos.

Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de información de empleados, datos de ventas y otra información relevante.

Preparar informes, presentaciones y otros materiales según sea necesario.

**Calificaciones**:
Experiência comprobada como secretaria administrativa o ejecutiva o en un papel similar.

Excelentes habilidades de organización, con la capacidad de priorizar tareas y cumplir con plazos.

Fuerte habilidad de comunicación e interpersonal, con la capacidad de interactuar con personas en todos los níveles de una organización.
