Order Management Associate

Base Salary: $960 per month plus an UNCAPPED / NO LIMITS BONUS structure plan. You will be required to work 40 hours a week.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of verifiable Customer Service experience. Sales / Cold Calling experience is strongly preferred.
- Position requires a high level of English communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
- Ability to use computers and related technology efficiently, including CRMs, databases and spreadsheets.
- Must have a computer, reliable internet connection and a quite place to work.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday. 8am - 5pm Central Time, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

Contract Type: "Professional Services" Contract.

Expected Start Date: 04/03/2024

Pay: B/.960.00 - B/.1,500.00 per month
