Job OverviewWe're looking for skilled Customer Service Experts to serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing advice, and ensuring each user enjoys an optimal experience with our investment platform.
Main Responsibilities:- Address and resolve client inquiries about investment funds, platforms, and transactions.
- Provide technical support and personalized advice through chat, email, and other channels.
- Use customer service platforms like Zendesk to manage tickets and follow up on requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Clearly and accessibly explain investment products, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in fintech, banking, brokerage, or investment products.
- Basic knowledge of investment funds and financial products.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual or highly advanced level of English.
- Experience using support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and stay calm under pressure.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of the customer experience.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
