">Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner;">Providing accurate and helpful information about our courses, programs, and services;">Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams;">Building strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication;">Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs);">Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support to customers;">Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a fair and consistent manner.">">

">A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences;">Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues;">Aptitude for technology, including proficiency in computer software and systems;">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;">Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and requirements;">Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; and">High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.">">
