Job Summary: In-Novas-HR is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage potential clients to offer transportation solutions tailored to their needs
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the transportation industry
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude
* Computer Proficient
* Bilingual English-Spanish
* Familiarity with transportation regulations and industry standards is a plus
