Results-Driven Sales Development Executive

As a Sales Development Representative at HEROIC Cybersecurity, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings with our Account Executives. You will engage in cold outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, SMS, and LinkedIn campaigns, leveraging your excellent communication skills to build relationships with potential clients.
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our enterprise solutions. This will involve using your technical proficiency to navigate CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc., and leveraging AI tools to maximize outreach touchpoints and enhance engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment. You should be comfortable working in a remote environment and have excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should be familiar with AI tools and have experience using CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our enterprise solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings between potential clients and Account Executives.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Ai Utilization: Leverage AI tools to maximize outreach touchpoints and enhance engagement.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in sales, preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with minimal accent; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with computers and experienced in using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
- Ai Experience: Familiarity with using AI tools to improve sales outreach efforts.
