The Home Products Group is a dynamic organization that requires a Sales Specialist to drive business growth by providing the sales team with essential information, content, and tools.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Specialist will analyze sales strategies, monitor market trends, and execute commercial initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and interpreting sell-in and sell-out strategies for each category, item, country, and assigned client.
- Conducting sales floor analysis to assess product placement, competitive positioning, and market opportunities through line reviews, in-store evaluations, and website reviews.
- Maintaining accurate records of new orders, product registration, client website updates, product shipments, and in-store availability.
- Developing proposals for new products, including specific projects and regular sell-in strategies.
- Coodinating weekly or biweekly sales meetings to review model performance in various client stores, assess sales floor dynamics, and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
To succeed as a Sales Specialist, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering. Additionally, 23 years of experience in sales analysis, marketing strategy, new order monitoring, and quarterly results-driven initiatives are essential. Intermediate English proficiency and proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite are also preferred qualifications.
