Sales Scheduling Coordinator

**Job Title**: Sales Scheduling Coordinator Location: Remote (EST Time zone) Salary Range: up to 1000 USD, (Base salary + bonus + commission) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), with light Friday PM duties; weekend availability required on a rotational basis.

**Position Overview**: We are looking for a Sales Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in managing and scheduling appointments for our home exterior sales specialists.
This role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring a seamless and professional scheduling experience while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
**CRM Management**: Maintain organization and accuracy of customer information in the CRM system.
**Administrative Tasks**: Assist with special projects and other administrative duties assigned by the management team.
**Lead Management**: Follow up on leads from various sources to maximize appointment conversions.
**Team Collaboration**: Partner with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment on appointments and customer needs.
**Qualifications**: Required Skills: 1+ years of customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude and team player mentality.
**Preferred Experience**: Previous experience setting appointments or adhering to a sales pitch/script.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Flexibility to cover weekends and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
**What Success Looks Like**: Efficient and professional scheduling of customer appointments, leading to increased sales opportunities.
Well-maintained and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Positive feedback from customers and team members regarding scheduling interactions.
