**Company Summary**

**Position Summary**

The Data Analyst will be an integral part of our MSP Team supporting in the creation of reports, data cleanup, and tracking spreadsheets. This person will work hand in hand with the MSP team to ensure the necessary data is organized, and stored properly within our internal systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Create Reports in Excel/Google Sheets to track order volume by program/supplier and new supplier adoption
- Ensure data is presented efficiently
- Assist in tracking of revenue via the programs supported
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
- Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
- Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments

**Qualifications**
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience working within Microsoft, and Google Suite of products
- Strong attention to detail
- Takes initiative
- Analytical thinking
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Quick Learner to retain processes, and work within multiple technology platforms
- 2-4 years of experience working in a sales support/data analyst position
