La posición En este rol serás responsable de la identificación de oportunidades de licitación en procesos de compras públicas en los países de la región, la presentación de propuestas; formalización de contratos, seguimiento de licitaciones adjudicadas y cálculos financieros relacionados.Trabajarás en equipo multidisciplinario con los Commercial Account Managers, Pricing & Value Proposition, Operaciones y Legal, no limitado a otros equipos, para asegurar que todos los procesos comerciales del negocio se encuentren alineados a las políticas internas. Responsabilidades principales Comunicación continua con distribuidores y revisión diaria de las plataformas donde se publican los eventos de licitación. Análisis en detalle los requerimientos de licitación para identificar fechas de sometimiento, documentos necesarios, contratos y bases para la propuesta económica.; Preparar y consolidar la documentación solicitada por la institución convocante a través de la coordinación constante con todas las áreas internas involucradas (Pricing, Legal, Abastecimiento, Regulatorio, Calidad y Unidad de Negocio) Revisar en detalle los reportes enviados por los distribuidores, para validar y asegurar que se encuentren dentro de la política comercial para luego proceder con la emisión de notas de crédito o aprobaciones de descuentos. Requisitos Licenciatura en áreas administrativas, financeiras, comerciales, logísticas o afines.

Experiência 2 años en procesos de licitación en la industria farmacéutica u otra industria (Mandatorio) Conocimientos de procesos de control comerciales y financieros. Inglés Avanzado.
