**Tus responsabilidades serán**:

- Dar tus primeros pasos en dirección a un rol de Sourcer altamente efectivo, capaz de descubrir nuevos perfiles de talento que se ajusten a las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
- Participar en múltiples proyectos diferentes con distintos gerentes de nuestra organización.

**Lo que estamos buscando**:

- Estudiantes o recién graduados en Humanidades.
- Buena capacidad de análisis, con habilidades para aprender rápido.
- Buena capacidad de improvisar, tener grandes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Tus buenas calificaciones académicas serán un plus.

**No es necesario, pero será un plus si tienes**:

- +1 año de experiência laboral previa.
- Experiência laboral previa en el mercado de TI será un GRAN plus.
