Responsibilities

  • Lead Commercial transformational project, ensuring crossfunctional coordination adncommunicaction
  • Design and Deploy advanced goto
- market models to satisfy customers demand, enable effectiveness and CTS efficiency.

  • Lead and Deploy Route Engineering Projects for all channels across regions in all south cam countries, Dynamic dispatch owner
  • Lead GTM to productivity agenda connecting with channel leans and Lean Six-Sigma methodologies
  • Lead and implement One Team Sales Management process and provide follow up to all KPIs for South CAM.
  • Enble customer data base excellence and Route data base.
  • Drive business intelligence desition enablers and ensure Front line performance visibility
  • South CAM Commercial software and hardware Owner and governance lead
  • Sales Development Budget Owner, guaranteeing the best execution.
