Propósitos del Rol


La Dirección Comercial es responsable de liderar el crecimiento del negocio y la calidad del servicio de ventas, en la cual debe promover estándares de servicio satisfactorios para los clientes existentes, así como incrementar la base de clientes y el volumen de ventas para el país.


Responsabilidades Principales

  • Crecimiento y Desarrollo del Negocio: ejecutar planes comerciales sólidos alineados con la estrategia, las prioridades regionales / nacionales y las oportunidades de mercado para hacer crecer exponencialmente el negocio en sus diferentes canales.
  • Liderar y Desarrollar un Equipo de Alto Desempeño: asegurar contar con equipo de ventas altamente capacitado; creando un ambiente que promueva el aprendizaje, el desarrollo y la comunicación abierta para mejorar la capacidad de la organización y lograr la visión estratégica.
  • Crear y Desarrollar Relaciones Claves dentro y fuera de la organización: desarrollar y fortalecer auténticos acuerdos de cooperación y colaboración interfuncional para construir relaciones que ofrezcan un beneficio mutuo en el corto y mediano plazo.
  • Analizar la Información Comercial y Generar Planes de Acción:comprender la importancia del análisis periódico de datos para el logro de las metas a corto y largo plazo. Concentrarse en las actividades diseñadas para alcanzar las metas del país y superar las expectativas de los clientes.
  • Conocer y Comprender al Cliente: manejar todos los aspectos de la actividad del cliente y sus necesidades para poder desarrollar soluciones que lo satisfagan y permitan mantener su lealtad.
  • Conocerlos los Productos, la Organización y la Red:demostrar su conocimiento de nuestros productos, servicios y de la organización para ofrecer a nuestros clientes soluciones adecuadas.

Requisitos

  • Entren 810 años de Experiência en el Área Comercial / Ventas a nível de País en Compañías Globales.
  • Graduado en Administración, Comercio Exterior, y/o Carreras Asociadas (Imprescindible).
  • Post Grado en Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional, Gestión de Proyectos, etc. (Deseable).
  • Conocimientos en Comercio Exterior, Negocio Courier, Logística Internacional y Retail.
  • Conocimiento en el Idioma Inglés Avanzado (Imprescindible).
  • Experiência Liderando y Desarrollando Equipos Funcionales de alto desempeño.
  • Capacidad de Análisis y Resolución de Problemas manejando diferentes variables y con un alto enfoque financiero para el manejo y gestión del presupuesto de ventas.
  • Orientado a Resultados siguiendo Procesos Estandarizados, y con Capacidad Innovadora.
  • Facilidad para manejarse en organizaciones ágiles y dinámicas, en un esquema de mejora continua y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Fuertes Habilidades de Comunicación a todo nível y en diferentes canales; y facilidad para negociar y generar soluciones sostenibles en el tiempo.
