**Responsabilidades / Funciones**
**Gestión de Personas
- Liderar, motivar y desarrollar el equipo de mercaderistas para garantizar su rendimiento óptimo y su desarrollo personal y profesional.
- Establecer los KPIs y evaluar el rendimiento de los miembros del equipo, proporcionando feedback constante y realizando revisiones de rendimiento periódicas.
- Implementar programas de formación para los mercaderistas, asegurando que estén completamente capacitados en todos los productos y promociones de del producto.
- Gestionar y resolver cualquier problema o conflicto que surja dentro del equipo.
**Gestión de Clientes**
- Crear y mantener relaciones con los clientes y las partes interesadas clave.
- Comprender las necesidades y preferencias de los diferentes segmentos de clientes y adaptar las estrategias y tácticas de ventas en consecuencia.
- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente y soporte para garantizar altos níveles de satisfacción del cliente.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y oportunidades de venta cruzada y aumento de ventas con los clientes existentes.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de retención de clientes para minimizar la rotación y maximizar el valor de por vida del cliente.
**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura en negocios, marketing o un campo relacionado.
- Experiência previa de varios años en la gestión de equipos de ventas en la industria del Trade Marketing.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, interpersonales y analíticas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Vehiculo propio
