When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough. We are searching the best talent for Advanced Business Analytics Manager to be in any of the following locations: Panama, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and Brasil. Main Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with a team of Data Scientists, Product, and Engineers to improve and implement methods and features;
- Rapidly build prototype product solutions, communicate findings, iterate;
- Use technologies like AWS, Spark, Python, R, and SQL in addition to proprietary data mining software on daily basis;
- Prevent and/or timely resolve problems regarding the quality of the data under their responsibility;
- Evaluate new data sources, handle current inventory of data, ensure appropriate usage of data, and establish metrics to measure the quality of data;
- Perform a secondary, business-based data quality checks;
- Effectively navigate technology, analytical, legal and privacy complexities to achieve objectives;
- Manage processes to support acquisition, integration, and distribution of data assets;
- Monitor transfer of data to outside vendors to ensure proper security processes are followed;
- Create and update data catalogs to provide a comprehensive view of the data inventory;
- Understand requirements and ensure compliance with licensing agreements of data assets.
- Advanced degree (MSc, PhD preferred) in a relevant technical field (machine learning, computer science, operations research, etc.);
- 5 Years of hands-on business analytics/data science experience;
- Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred;
- Highly proficient in Python and SQL;
- Experience with Veeva Field Force data analysis & Medical Insights;
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner;
- Experience with R preferred;
- Project management experience (Waterfall & Agile);
- Advanced English;
- Portuguese and/or Spanish is necessary.
