La Posición Como Field Sales Manager Rare Diseases liderarás al equipo multicultural en diferentes países de Controamérica y América del Sur para acelerar su desempeño y asegurar la consecución de los objetivos de ventas y estratégicos de la línea de Rare Diseases. Responsabilidades Colaboración en la definición de objetivos, metas y su priorización; proyección de presupuestos de ventas e inversiones; gestionar los recursos necesarios para apoyar el funcionamiento del equipo; Supervisar y autorizar las inversiones y reportes de gastos; Gestionar la planificación para manejo de los territorios Identificar oportunidades de negocio para desarrollar en conjunto con el área de marketing y medical, estrategias y planes de acción. Desarrollo de mercados de alta especialidad y enfermedades raras; proyección y control de número de pacientes por indicación, institución y país; Desarrollar proyecciones de consumo e inventarios por hospitales/país Trabajar de la mano de acceso y comercial para garantizar la adjudicación y ejecución de contratos/licitaciones. Acompañar a los representantes en sus visitas, se comunica constantemente, motiva y les desafía para el progreso continuo del equipo en el área técnica de ventas; Brindar acompañamiento al equipo de ventas para la gestión integral de los stakeholders del negocio institucional (médicos, farmacias, almacén del hospital, compras, distribuidor, etc) Requisitos Profesional universitario graduado (áreas administrativas o de la salud) Deseable Maestría en administración de negocios o equivalente Experiência al menos 3 años liderando equipos de ventas (teniendo reportes directos) en la industria farmacéutica.

Ideal experiência cruzada en posiciones de mercadeo, acceso, gestión comercial Conocimiento de alta especialidad y mercado institucional Inglés Intermedio Manejo intermedio de Excel, Power Point, Word, etc. Disponibilidad para viajar 30%-40% del tiempo Acerca del Departamento Somos Novo Nordisk CLAT, Central América, las islas del caribe y algunos países de América del Sur, estamos situados en la ciudad de Panamá.
