We are an educational institution with a strong trajectory in Panama. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties. The duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our collaborators and external clients, assisting in the daily needs of the office, and managing the general administrative activities. Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Plan meetings Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives Write and distribute email, correspondence, and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Update and maintain office policies and procedures Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Maintain contact lists Book travel arrangements Submit and reconcile expense reports Provide general support to visitors Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates who are seeking to become a part of our dynamic community and embed ISP's unique branding qualities
