Como Head de Sales & Client Management en Centroamérica serás responsable de asegurar la adecuada implementación de la cultura de "Cross Selling", así como articular el plan de ventas nuevas (new new y new existing) del país, definida a partir de las estrategias comerciales y lineamientos compartidas por las diferentes líneas de negocio y lineamientos regionales (Latinoamérica y Geografía Internacional) según apliquen, para asegurar el logro de crecimiento e ingreso establecido y un posicionamiento sólido y satisfactorio con clientes y mercados/industrias definidas.El Rol Comprenderá y dominará al cliente y mercado/ industria "Target", investigando y analizando tendencias, necesidades particulares de corto y largo plazo, canales tradicionales y no tradicionales, y analizando a competidores para mantener una ventaja competitiva y asegurar la efectividad del plan de desarrollo comercial del país y negocios. Articulará (coordinará, implementará, dará seguimiento y comunicará efectivamente) la ejecución del plan de ventas nuevas y posicionamiento en el mercado, identificando oportunidades de negocio con clientes existentes "targets" y potenciales nuevas relaciones para expandir la base de clientes, en colaboración y acuerdo con las líneas de negocio y a través de su propio equipo comercial. Consolidará presupuestos de venta nueva, establecerá metas al equipo comercial (Sales & Client Management (S&CM) &Regionales & Asociados de las Líneas de Negocio (LOBs) con objetivos cross), en acuerdo con las diferentes líneas de negocio y comunica de manera efectiva a los diferentes níveles según se requiera, dando seguimiento a indicadores clave de rendimiento, del "Pipeline Management" y de la efectividad en la administración de costos, para evaluar y garantizar el desempeño del equipo involucrado y del plan de ventas y, reportándolo regularmente a los lideres de los LOB´s para en caso necesario realizar ajustes de manera coordinada. Estructurará y gestionará el ciclo laboral del equipo de ventas, asegurando la correcta contratación (perfil y competitividad de pago), desarrollo de habilidades y competencias y nível de compromiso, cumplimiento de los valores, estándares de normatividad, políticas y procedimientos y "Compliance", brindando guía para garantizar el cumplimiento y desempeño óptimo del equipo.

Asegurará la coordinación e implementación de capacitación para la formación de habilidades y competencias relevantes dentro del ciclo de venta; asegurar consistencia de conocimiento de mejores prácticas y ofertas de valor comerciales de los diferentes negocios y de WTW a nível nacional (regionales y LOBs ventas) Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el Comité Ejecutivo del país en la construcción y management de pipelines así como con S&CM regional y funciones como marketing, operaciones, finanzas y RH, para garantizar una colaboración y comunicación efectiva y alcanzar los objetivos comunes del país. Establecerá y mantendrá relaciones comerciales con clientes, proveedores y otros socios comerciales clave (compañía de seguros, asociaciones, cámaras, etc), así como interactuar con inversores, grupos de la industria y otros actores relevantes en el mercado asegurando el posicionamiento de mercado.
