**BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN**

El papel del representante de ventas es ganar y desarrollar nuevos negocios. Trabajar según los objetivos de presupuesto acordados, como parte integral del equipo de ventas con la responsabilidad de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio fortaleciendo nuestra posición en el mercado mediante la localización, desarrollo, definición, promoción, negociación y aseguramiento de nuevos negocios mediante el cierre de la venta, asegurando rentabilidad de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos y requisitos legales de la empresa, incluida la salud y la seguridad para satisfacción de los clientes.
**TAREAS CLAVES**
- Promover y desarrollar activamente los servicios de nuevos clientes en Panama
- Completar informes de ventas, administrar sus propios informes de Pipeline de acuerdo con los procedimientos de calidad de la empresa en el sistema CRM
- Informes de ventas completos, informes de perfil de cliente de acuerdo con los procedimientos de calidad de la empresa
- Lograr los objetivos/plazos acordados o dados según las indicaciones de su Gerente
- Garantizar que la empresa opere dentro de todos los procedimientos operativos acordados y dentro de los requisitos legales, incluida la provisión y el mantenimiento de un entorno de trabajo seguro.
- Mantener un alto nível de presentación personal en todo momento al visitar clientes
- Proporcionar estadísticas/análisis según lo definido/requerido
- Mantener un conocimiento adecuado de la competencia y la actividad del mercado, informando sobre cualquier tendencia o desarrollo.
