This role will provide you with the opportunity to manage the Business Unit and play a critical role in contributing to a high-performing Leadership Team. Providing you with a platform to develop to take on further responsibility within our global organization.

This role will require strong strategic thinking/planning, highly effective leadership, and, importantly, a passion for improving the way we deliver value to our customers, patients, and the public.

As a member of the Leadership Team with responsibility for the Profits & Loss profile representing Vaccines and Global Pharma, you will develop, guide and empower a high-performing team of colleagues who collectively will:

- Engage end-users, healthcare professionals and key system stakeholders to establish mutual value and shape an environment in which our Medicines, and Vaccines are used to deliver value to patients, the public and the healthcare system.
- Develop/adapt our commercial strategy and priorities to deliver customer and ‘end-user’ value to ensure sustained bottom-line business performance, considering changing internal and external dynamics.
- Convert strategic priorities into well-defined Objectives & Key Results and then ensure that project plans are efficiently developed, resourced, tracked, and executed.
- Ensure robust compliance, privacy, risk identification, and risk mitigation processes are in place and are regularly audited and improved.
- Use data and develop analytic approaches to drive better business outcomes and valued customer engagement.
- Guide and Develop a culture of curiosity and continuous learning through which team members will experiment, adapt, and rapidly scale tactical solutions that will deliver value to end-users, healthcare professionals and key system stakeholders.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or other related areas. Postgraduate extension/MBA (Marketing and Sales Management, Business Management, or other related areas) preferred.
- Strong commercial experience within the pharmaceutical industry; ideally, a good appreciation of the end-to-end process of launching, promoting, and supplying pharmaceutical products.
- Track record of developing strategies, managing resources, and subsequently delivering business outcomes in alignment with that strategy.
- An authentic, humble, and flexible leader, who has a track record of successfully delivering through others, can support & enable team members through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Experience in collaborating across markets/with region/global; able to build strong professional networks to deliver on joint objectives.
- Effective communication skills in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
- Willing to travel up to 30% of the time
