Misión del Puesto Gestionar las operaciones diarias para LAM eCommerce e2e (SLA) y garantizar que el proceso de pago cumpla con los requisitos legales y fiscales de acuerdo con los estándares de los mercados locales y globales. Desarrollar relaciones clave e impulsar KPI en el E2E (SLA) en el recorrido del cliente y el tiempo de entrega.Gestionar los procesos de pagos, reembolsos, flujo de pedidos y cancelaciones de pedidos de la manera óptima del canal de eCommerce. principales responsabilidad Coordinar, informar, monitorear y comunicar KPI (SLA) para la gestión de pagos y riesgos (tasa de aprobación) y el recorrido del cliente E2E, incluidos, entre otros, (todos los puntos de contacto posteriores al pedido) KPI SLA en una operación comercial regular (gestión del flujo de pedidos). y cancelaciones de pedidos) Gestionar la recopilación de datos oportuna para actualizar las métricas de operaciones para lograr objetivos de productividad, eliminar errores y brindar un excelente servicio al cliente.
Responsable de aprobar y comunicar las actividades de UAT + Go Live en nuevos lanzamientos y lanzamientos bajo operaciones de pagos y post-órdenes, asegurando que los requisitos legales y fiscales se cumplan de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio. Gestionar las operaciones diarias de DFA LAM Backend Operations (OMS + 3PL) Identificar, analizar, solucionar problemas, informar y comunicar problemas urgentes. Garantizar la continuidad del negocio y brindar el seguimiento adecuado hasta que se resuelvan las interrupciones del servicio. Implementar procesos de aprendizaje y proporcionar documentación y mejoras continuas a largo plazo en el panorama digital de operaciones de pagos y pedidos posteriores.
Impulsar KPIs e impulsar resultados en equipos multifuncionales (Chile, Perú, Colombia, etc.) Impulsar reuniones con Operaciones Locales / SCM & Finanzas o TI para asegurar la continuidad del negocio. Actuar como SPOC con proveedores externos como PSP y apoyar a los equipos SCM locales con 3PL. Proponer oportunidades de mejora basadas en análisis de datos o tendencias de la industria. La mejora continua de un enfoque de operaciones basado en datos es un objetivo clave para nuestro equipo.
**Entre otras funciones afines al puesto**Requisitos**: Años de experiência 2-4 años apoyando Proyectos Digitales (Agile + Waterfalls) 2- 4 años gestionando o dando soporte a entornos digitales E2E 2-4 años de experiência en un rol de canal directo al consumidor, preferiblemente en operaciones. Experiência comprobada en el proceso e2e en un panorama de comercio electrónico digital. Experiência en Gestión Digital y de Riesgos en un entorno complejo y multicultural. Gestión de Relaciones Comerciales La experiência trabajando en comercio electrónico en la industria de la moda y el comercio minorista es una gran ventaja.EDUCACIÓNLicenciatura en Informática o Ingeniería IndustrialHABILIDAD REQUERIDAS Experiência en empresas multinacionales Manejo avanzado de MS Office Un alto nível de pensamiento analítico, atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar expectativas en situaciones difíciles.
