**Description**:
This role supports the strategy and overall objectives of implementing the F&S CoE Analytical Framework. It will play an integral role in the development, maintenance, and enhancements of analytical tools that will be presented and delivered to senior leadership, including the Key Account Dashboard and NPL Dashboard. This role will lead development of multiple Business Intelligence projects for delivering standardized solutions to Financial Analytics teams based on on-demand dashboards (Static and Dynamic) and work to build consensus with key stakeholders. Responsible for all aspects of BI development lifecycle in F&S CoE (Ideation, Analysis, Design, Deploy, Enablement) including directly interfacing with management on problem identification/solutioning and consensus building.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop analytical solutions across the Finance & Strategy CoE organization including support for junior team members and ensuring collaboration across teams
- Manage several projects simultaneously including the Key Accounts Dashboard, NPL Dashboard, and other ad hoc projects
- Continually track and monitor metrics to determine efficiencies gained through delivered solutions
- Manage overall project plans including objectives by phase, deliverables, timelines and expectations to support the team’s vision.
- Identify areas of improvement through surveys or tracking usage and adoption of standardized tools in partnership with the CoE Operations team
- Contribute to the larger BI community throughout Estee Lauder with education, mentoring and guidance of best practices

**Qualifications**:

- +5 years of experience
- Advanced knowledge on BI development in Tableau and Power BI including using multiple large data sources and data blending
- Experienced on data preparation tools (Databricks, SQL, Alteryx, HANA, etc.) with regards to cleansing and transforming data for use in BI platforms
- Knowledge of FP&A systems/processes
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and ability to work with all levels of management
- Knowledge and experience with project management and the design of operations to support business partners with shared services centers, or similar type service organization
- Advanced Excel skills associated with large volumes of data
- Proficiency in Hyperion Smartview or similar tool, working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Systems (CPM) and SAP modules (COPA, HANA, etc)
- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and multitask to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Creativity applied to problem solving and ability to influence others through “virtual” reporting lines
